Prerequisites: In order to take MAT 342, you must have passed MAT 203 or MAT 205 or AMS 261 and MAT 303 or MAT 305 or AMS 361 with grade C or better. Also, you must have passed MAT 200. (If you do not meet these requirements and have an exceptional situation, you must ask for the permission of the instructor.)
